All flourishing is mutual, as Robin Wall Kimmerer reminds us, and seeds brilliantly embody this generosity, creativity and care. Together, let’s practice receiving hundreds of varieties of regionally adapted seeds as gifts, cultivating gift culture as well as community, nourishing all generations to come!
Come ready to reflect, connect and honor your gifts as well as we all learn to amplify the gifts of community together. Expect puppets! And lots of seeds! And to come alive as we explore living in ways both old and new. Bring a friend and a bag to bring home an abundance of seeds to sow more fruitful futures for your family, friends, neighbors and strangers as well as all generations yet to come 💛

La Frontière
La Frontière
A film by Katy Haas & Megan Ruffe
Cinematography by Lindsay Taylor Jackson & Jared Ames
The border between the United States and Canada is the longest international border in the world. Six-hundred and eleven of those miles distinguish Maine from its northern neighbors Quebec and New Brunswick, dividing towns, homes, and nations that existed long before the two it separates today. La Frontière is a poetic documentary portrait of Maine’s border with Canada, exploring the history and culture of these borderlands.
Runtime: 35min

Introducing the Honey Temple–a place that has always existed in the in-between, called in when the need for it is there. A place where women remember what it is to be part of one cloth– one earthly, singing, loving, nourishing body– offering our gifts for the filling of the well in ourselves, each other, and the world.

lone eagle/THE FOREST: Coyote Makes a World
As the central figure within Indigenous storytelling traditions of the Interior Northwest, Coyote navigates the tenuous and tumultuous present in Coyote Makes a World, a collaborative multimedia project between storyteller/vocalist čnaq’ymi (lone eagle) and The Forest, a cooperative percussion ensemble featuring Gustavo Aguilar, Leah Bowden, Andrew Drury, and Michael Wimberly.
Centered on stories that embody the qualities of long held Native storytelling traditions, here Coyote encounters the contemporary crises of our times, oblivious to the consequences of his actions in ways that are familiar, unsettling, and often humorous. Set within a dynamic rhythmic landscape layered with songs and mesmerizing vocalizations, Coyote Makes a World reflects the world we’ve made while taking the listener to places they’ve never before encountered.
